سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

• نقبل تصليح المنتج (المنتجات) الجديدة مجاناً في حال وجود أي خلل مصنعي أو خطأ في تنفيذ الطلب في مدة أقصاها 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج (المنتجات).
• لا يتم استقبال المنتج (المنتجات) المتسخة والمستعملة.
• يتم استبدال المنتج (المنتجات) الخاطئة او التالفه بمدة أقصاها 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام المنتج، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية مع إرفاق فاتورة الشراء.
• في حال وجود تلف أو خطأ بالتصنيع ولا يمكن إصلاحه لأي سبب، يتم تعويض العميل خلال فترة أقصاها أسبوعين (14) يوم من تاريخ الاستلام بإحدى هذه الخيارات:
  1) استبدال العباية.
  2) إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع من قبل العميل (قيمة المنتج (المنتجات)).
• ملاحظه: ( الاستبدال والترجيع فقط في حال وجود خطأ او عيب مصنعي في المنتج )
• المنتجات المخفضه لا تسترجع ولا تستبدل.
• العبايات المعدله (طقطق، الاضافه، الازاله او كلاهما) غير قابله للترجيع او الاستبدال.

سياسة استرجاع المبلغ:

• لا يتم تعويض العميل عن رسوم توصيل الطلب إليه.
• يتم خصم قيمة التعديل على العباية مثل: (طقطق، اضافات، ازالة) عند استرجاع او الاستبدال في حال موافقة المتجر على الترجيع او التبديل.
• في حال ترجيع المبلغ, سوف يتم خصم من المبلغ المسترد قيمة توصيل المنتج للعميل الى موقعه, و اضافه قيمة توصيل المنتج الى مقر المتجر, في حال تم الموافقه على ترجيع المنتج (المنتجات) السليمه التي لا يوجد بها اخطاء ولا عيوب مصنعيه. 
• في حال الدفع بواسطة الشبكة، يتم إرجاع مبلغ الشراء إلى حساب آيبان الخاص بالعميل خلال 20-30 يوم عمل من تاريخ الدفع.
• في حال الدفع الإلكتروني، يتم إرجاع مبلغ الشراء إلى العميل مباشرةً، ويصل المبلغ إلى حساب العميل خلال 7-14 يوم عمل، وقد يستغرق وقتاً أطول في بعض الحالات.
• في حال الغاء الطلب المنفذ عبر خدمة الدفع ( تمارا ) يتم خصم مبلغ 45 ريال رمن اجمالي الفاتورة, رسوم اداريه ويتم ارجاع المبلغ خلال 3 أيام عمل.
• في حال تمت الموافقه على ترجيع  العبايات المعدله (طقطق، الاضافه، الازاله او كلاهما والتعديل) يتم خصم قيمة الخياطه من المبلغ المسترد.

Exchange and return policy: We accept the repair of the new product (s) for free in the event of any manufacturing defect or an error in the implementation of the request within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receiving the product (s). Dirty and used product(s) will not be accepted. Wrong or damaged product(s) shall be replaced within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that they are in their original condition and the purchase invoice is attached. In the event of damage or a manufacturing error that cannot be repaired for any reason, the customer will be compensated within a maximum period of two weeks (14) days from the date of receipt with one of these options: 1) Replacement of the abaya. 2) Return the amount paid by the customer (the value of the product(s)). Note: (Replacement and return only in the event of an error or manufacturing defect in the product) Discounted products are not returned or exchanged. Altered abayas (pattering, adding, removing, or both) are not subject to return or exchange. Refund policy: The customer is not compensated for the delivery fee of the order. The value of the modification to the abaya, such as: (pattering, additions, removal) is deducted upon return or exchange if the store agrees to return or exchange. In the event that the amount is returned, the value of delivering the product to the customer to his location will be deducted from the refund amount, and the value of delivering the product to the store’s headquarters will be added, in the event that it is approved to return the intact product(s) that do not have any errors or manufacturing defects. In the event of payment via the network, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer's IBAN account within 20-30 working days from the date of payment. In the case of electronic payment, the purchase amount is returned directly to the customer, and the amount reaches the customer's account within 7-14 working days, and it may take longer in some cases. In the event of canceling the order executed through the payment service (Tamara), an amount of 45 riyals will be deducted from the total invoice, administrative fees, and the amount will be returned within 3 working days. In the event that it is approved to return the modified abayas (pattering, adding, removing or both and modifying), the tailoring value will be deducted from the refund amount.
